Blueberries and Avocado! What…?

Ingredients:
1 pound of blueberries
1 avocado
1 banana
1 cup of spinach
1 tbs. coconut oil
1 cup water
Put everything in the blender. Remember any blender will do the work. Start with the liquid base then add all the ingredients.
Blend for 1-2 min. ( depend on the blender you have).
Enjoy this elixir ( packed with antioxidants) for the body.
Note: If you go over each ingredient you will be able to see the nutritional value including protein and carbohydrates. Do not freak out about the content of saturated fat in coconut oil. Bare with me and we will get to this point.








Avocado is great for a lot of things. Try it as a butter substitute in savory recipes. Also, I’ve made an avocado icing for cookies that is just do die for! And a fun green color of course.
